I consent to pheal internally evaluating the experience reports and feedback I voluntarily provide during pilot testing and using them to develop and improve pheal better. This consent does not cover health data or raw measurement data.I consent to pheal publishing the experiences I voluntarily share and insights derived from them, after complete anonymisation, on the pheal website, in product presentations and in specialist articles. My name, images of me, identifiable quotations and health or raw measurement data are excluded and require separate consent.

You can withdraw either consent at any time for the future by contacting info@pheal.care. This does not affect the lawfulness of earlier use. Fully anonymised findings can no longer be linked to you and therefore cannot subsequently be withdrawn individually. Personal data will only be retained for as long as necessary for the relevant purpose or as required by law.
